The Round house is situated in Kabeljous which is generally known as the more quite part of Jeffrey bay. The huzzle and buzzle of J-bay is only 4 minutes drive away. The Round House is walking distance (150 meters) from the beach and lagoon. Swimming, Surfing and fishing is what Jeffrey's bay is all about. The CBD/restaurants/major shopping centers/night clubs/pubs are just 5km drive away from our location. 1 km away is a smaller shopping center good enough for your daily shopping needs.

Jeffreysbay has a Blue Flag beach status and offers year long entertainment. July is reserved for the International Billabong Pro surfing competition and September the famous Shell festival. In addition to that you are just a phone call away from deep sea fishing trips, diving, whale watching, surfing lessons, horseback riding, kite surfing and golf.

The house
The Round House has a lot of character and is tastefully furnished. This double storey house has 3 bedrooms, 2 newly renovated bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, guest toilet, indoor barbeque as well as a bar area. Bedrooms are very comfortable, with build-in cupboards and each room has its own roof fan and heater. The house is tiled from bottom to top. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD machine, DS TV satellite dish and a big screen projector for those important soccer and rugby games. Attached to the house is a rondawel with a separate entrance and its own bathroom (this room can be included at an extra cost), it sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. On the roof of the house you will find an entertainment area, build-in barbeque and a 360 degree view of Jeffrey bay, lagoon, mountains and the Indian Ocean.
