Indian Ocean. Within a two minute walk you are on the magnificent warm beaches
of Umhlanga, Kwazulu Natal.
The fully air-conditioned house is spread across three levels and has large
panoramic windows to enjoy the sunrises over the ocean every morning, luxurious
living at it's best.
The main living area is situated on the entrance level and offers open plan
dining, lounge and large verandah area to entertain or simply sip sundowners
whilst the family enjoy full satellite/dstv. The kitchen is fully equipped and
offers full laundry services.
The enormous main bedroom opens onto the balcony and has a beautiful en suite
bathroom with a large dressing room attached. The second bedroom and en suite
bathroom is also situated on this level.
The pool level below offers another two bedrooms and two bathrooms with glass
sliding doors onto the large training length swimming pool.
This level has its own kitchenette for easy entertaining and a large lounge and
outdoor leisure area. The outdoor area exudes a sense of summer living.
The top level of this magnificent home offers a study and another lounge which
can be used by the teenagers to get away from the adults or perhaps by business
men wanting a comfortable place to communicate. Full internet and computer
facilities are available.
