Situated right on the beach in Langebaan, this beautiful West coast beach
house is the perfect getaway.
The main house right on the beach comprises of two double ensuite bedrooms and
an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Step in off the beach onto a wooden
deck and into a comfortable lounge area. From there walk across wooden floors to
the dining area which seats up to 8 and onto the beautiful kitchen. This is
fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and stove, no washing machine. There
is a TV in the lounge with SABC1,2 and 3, a DVD player and CD player.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sea views and an ensuite bathroom with
shower and bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, an ensuite shower room and
doors leading directly onto the wooden decked swimming pool area.
Separate from the main house is a lovely 2 bed roomed unit, both with twin beds.
One has an ensuite shower, one a bath, both are light and spacious and lead
directly onto the inner courtyard. This has a grassed area, plenty of vegetation
and a salt water pool. Please note the pool is NOT fenced, alarmed or netted, so
may not be suitable for young children. There is a lockable gate to the road and
to the side of the house to the beach.
On the beach side of the house there is a stunning wooden deck leading directly
onto the beach, there is no fence or gate. A weber braai and plenty of outside
seating make this house perfect for sundowners and outdoor living. There is
parking for 3 cars off road on the driveway, no garage use.
The Beach House is a no smoking house, we regret no pets and there is a minimum
2 night stay. All bedding and bath towels provided, please bring own beach
towels. Extra cleaning and bedding change is available at extra cost.
The house sleeps 8 in 4 en-suite bathrooms.
Situated close to kiteschools, a beach bar and restaurant, a 10 minute walk into
town and close to all bike and running routes, this house is in the perfect
location for all. Whether you want to kitesurf, windsurf, stand up paddle,
kayak, cycle, run, or simply relax , this house is truly one of the best places
to stay in Langebaan!
