The Beach House @ Bream Gulley Rates

Low Season:
Week-nights - R1600 per night
Weekends  - R1800 per night

NOTE: If a minimum of seven consecutive nights taken, rate is R1 295 per night throughout.
 
School Holidays & Long Weekends:  R2 200 per night

Peak Season (Easter & 7-21 Dec'18;  and 5-11 Jan'19):   R3 450 per night
 
Premium ( 22 Dec'18 - 4 Jan'19):   R3 600 per night

EXTRAS:
One-off A-&-H'K fee .......................... R300
"Eskom"-&-Water Increases Levy....R 25/ R30/ R35 per night (2,4,6 guests)

Air conditioner (optional) R100 per day (ceiling fans and high velocity floor fans throughout)
Refundable Damages Deposit  ......R1 000
