• Above rates are based on maximum of 4 individuals
• Right of admission is reserved
• A 50% deposit will confirm your reservation
• Check-in time is 14h00
• Check-out time is 10h00
• Full payment + one night's accommodation breakage/damage/disturbance deposit on arrival
• Breakage/damage deposit will be refunded electronically within 7 days of your deposit

Cancellation Policy

• Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received timeously
• Deposits are not refundable in the event of a 'non arrival'
• Less than 7 days forfeit the full deposit
• 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit
• 14 to 21 days forfeit 50% of the deposit
• 21 to 28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit
• If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 10% of the value of the deposit will be charged
• Terms and conditions of the booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit and timeframes apply irrespective of hospitalisation. No exceptions.
