airport, 1.7km from the Boardwalk casino complex which includes shops,
restaurants and a cinema. The new 5 star Radisson Blu Hotel is just across the
road; the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and sports fields is only 2km
away and the new World cup soccer stadium is only 20 minutes away. Summerseas 43
is a perfect base for exploring the malaria free Eastern Cape area or maybe just

The incredible Pollock beach, right in front of our apartment is great for
surfing, wave jumping, jogging and dolphin or whale watching! You don't even
have to cross the road! The boardwalk, in front of Summerseas, stretches for kms
along the beautiful beachfront of Port Elizabeth and is excellent for long
walks, jogging or cycling. Walking on white sandy beaches, swimming at the flat
beaches with warm water almost all year round, rock pools for kids to play in or
catching fish from the beach is one of the numerous activities you can indulge
in.
