to cross the road! Sit on the balcony or even lie in bed and watch the surfers,
wave-jumpers, joggers and even schools of dolphins and whales right under your
nose. Go for a walk or cycle along the boardwalk stretching for kms all along
the pristine beachfront. Beautiful white sandy, flat beaches with warm water
most of the year round. Rockpools for kids to play in, catch fish from the
beach, or enjoy a drink and a meal at one of the many nearby restaurants.
This is a secure complex with an electric fence surrounding it and guards on
duty. Parking is available within the complex itself.
Summerseas is very conveniently situated:
- 6km from the airport
- 1.7 km from the Boardwalk casino complex - including shops, restaurants
and a cinema
- Summerstrand shopping centre with Pick 'n Pay and other shops across the
road
- New 5 star Radisson Blu Hotel right across the road
- 2km from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and sports fields
- 20 min from the new world cup soccer stadium.
The flat is suitable for 4 people only and consists of:
- Open plan lounge, dining area and fully-fitted kitchen including
microwave and washing machine
- 80cm flatscreen TV with full DSTV facilities
- 2 bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and one with a double bed
- 2 bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bath
- Balcony with magnificent views and a gas Weber braai/barbeque
- Bedding and towels are provided
- One parking bay within the complex
- Beautiful swimming pool for your use
- On-site laundry with a permanent staff member who will do a load of
washing for you for R20 per load - including tumble-drying and folding
- The flat is serviced once a week but extra can be arranged.
