a short stroll from the historic fishing village of
Kalk Bay with its

This beautifully furnished apartment has two bedrooms & two bathrooms. It sleeps
a maximum of four persons - ideal for two couples or a small family. Lounge and
main bedroom have good views over False Bay and lead onto balcony. It has a very
quiet position - let the sounds of the sea lull you to sleep. Watch whales from
the lounge. Mountain views from 2nd bedroom. Secure undercover parking. DSTV
available on request. Walk less than 250 metres to swimming beach & 100 metres
to tidal pool, or use the communal pool in the complex.
St James Terrace is located just off the Main Road that runs down the Cape
Peninsula from Cape Town to
Simon's Town. It is 27 kms from Cape Town's CBD. A
railway line runs parallel to the Main Road and St James Terrace is located
almost midway between the stations of St James and Kalk Bay.
Only a 30 km drive to the
V&A Waterfront and the
Table Mountain Cableway or to
Cape Point. Airport is 40 km away. Take a short drive or train ride to
Fish Hoek and Simon's Town for other tourist attractions, shopping
and swimming beaches.
Alternatively, stroll from the apartment to
Muizenberg along the coastal path or
in the other direction towards Kalk Bay and Fish Hoek. Guests can visit Kalk Bay
harbour to buy fresh fish or take a trip on a fishing boat to Seal Island. They
can also explore the many caves above Kalk Bay, following a network of mountain
paths through pristine indigenous vegetation. Golfers can choose between two
excellent courses within 10 min driving distance.

- Lounge area has seating for 4 persons with TV, DVD and hi-fi system.

- Main bedroom has French doors and louvered shutters leading onto
balcony. Queen-size bed.
- Main bathroom has toilet and bath with hand shower.
- Second bedroom has two single beds.
- Second bathroom has toilet and shower enclosure.
- Lockable safe (for secure storage of passports, cash and other
valuables).
- Security gate on front door
- Dedicated parking for one car in garage directly below the apartment.
- Visitors' parking area outside the complex.
- The apartment is on the top floor and is accessed by two flights of
stairs. It is not really suitable for very old or infirm persons.
- Non-smoking apartment.
- Pets not allowed.
