No refunds will be made on cancellations.
Stilista Guest House will however credit your account. In the event of an in-house guest checking out prior to the guaranteed departure date, Stilista Guest House reserves the rights to charge for the full duration of the original booking, unless the room/suite is re-sold for the remainder of the stay in which case a minimum of 1 night’s accommodation will be charged.
“No-Show” Policy
“No-Show” on the first night will lead to automatic cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the full payment
All “No-Show” clients will be charged in full for the entire duration of the reservation

A maximum of two adults can be accommodated per suite.
Check-in: Rooms will be available from 12h00 until 19h00 on the day of booked arrival.
Early Arrivals: Early check-in is only possible if the room is ready for occupation. If not, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the guest house while you go out and explore or you are welcome to have a cup of tea and relax in our lounge or garden until your room is ready.
Late Arrivals: Reception hours are from 08h00 to 17h00. Any arrival after 17h00 needs to be confirmed in advance with reception or management so that a Stilista staff member is on standby for the late arrival. Should there be no reply at reception gate after 17h00 please use the after-hour’s numbers. Persons on standby: Eliza – 072 738 4233 / Elize 082 535 6136.
Late Departure: Late departure is at the discretion of management and dependent on room availability.

Payment can be made by the following means, Cash or Internet Payment. Room Name or Surname to be used as reference on payment. Stilista Guest House shall not be responsible for a payment made that’s not traceable to a certain reservation. The reservation will not be confirmed without proof of payment presented immediately after payment if a default reference has been used. All banking details appears on Quotation, Pro-forma invoices and Invoices. A 50% of the booking must be paid to confirm your booking. Proof of payments must be e-mail immediately.
Credit Cards:  We do not Except Credit or Debit Cards.

All rooms are NON SMOKING; you are welcome to smoke on patios outside.
I/We agree to oblige by the Terms & Conditions set out by Stilista Guest House and understand that full payment is due before or on arrival. In the unfortunate event that I/we cancel the booking before arrival, do not show up or make a premature departure, I/we understand that I/we are legally bound to settle the full amount outstanding.
Conditions of Residence
Guests agree on behalf of themselves and the members of their parties that neither the establishment, its owners, employees nor agents shall be responsible for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the guesthouse. personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party because of or which may be attributed, directly or indirectly.
Indemnity form to be signed on check-in by the person responsible for the group of guests and take full responsibility for the whole group. Any damage caused by guests to property and premises due to bad behaviour or carelessness, or keys lost and replaced for security reasons will be for the guest account, a suitable amount will be added to your final bill to rectify the damage and/or replace the item(s) affected.
Insurance
It is your responsibility to take out appropriate personal travel insurance.
The right of admission is reserved
The owners of Stilista Guesthouse have the right to request that any guest leave the premises with immediate effect, should the need arise, due to disturbance, (cut of time for loud music and noise is 22h00), damage to property, or unruly behaviour. No payments will be refunded.
