TERMS OF BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
Your booking will temporarily be made for 48 hours and only be confirmed once your 50% deposit has been received by us and balance on quote strictly to be paid before arrival. Collection of keys is subject to proof of payment and funds to be cleared.

We reserve the right to request a key and damage deposit prior to occupation.

On request for a booking a written quote will be forwarded, acceptance to be confirmed by e-mail, sms, WhatsApp within 48 hours.
Right of admission reserved.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1 month before occupation: 100% refund
2 weeks before occupation: 50% refund
Thereafter: 0%
Cancellations are only valid if received written by e-mail or WhatsApp or sms followed by written acknowledgement.

TERMS:
Maximum 6 people
The number of guests is limited to 6 persons. A guest is defined as any adult or child, regardless of age.

PARKING:
Secure in complex

PETS
The rules of the Body Corporate do not allow for the accommodation or entering of any pets into the complex. Please note no pets of any kind (including dogs, cats or birds) are allowed in the complex. Discovery of hidden pets will be treated as a breach of the agreement for staying at the complex and guests guilty of hiding any pets agrees to immediate vacate the unit and complex with forfeiture of the full balance of rental and deposit paid.

CLEANING
A pre-cleaning and post-cleaning of all units will be arranged and is included in the rate.
Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.
Additional cleaning can be arranged by yourself and for your own account by contacting J Bay Laundry and Cleaning at 042 293 2095 or 0837631283, Monday to Friday
08:00 - 17:00. The cleaning in accordance with your request can include washing of linen, towels, dishes and equipment.
Only general neatness is required and guests should enjoy their stay.
However, any cleaning required in addition to the normal post - cleaning e.g. serious marks and stains or heavy dirt shall be billed out to guests who by accepting the quote agrees to this condition.

REFUSE
Refuse bags must please be put out at refuse area from where it will be collected on Mondays.
Last refuse must also please be removed from the unit at departure.

DAMAGES
On arrival guests should check for damaged articles and other faults and report it immediately. Damages, breakages and faults not reported will be billed out to guests who by accepting the quote agree to this condition.
If in any case the deposit is insufficient or was not levied the liability for damages or loss of keys rests with the occupant. Units and the content must be inspected at occupation and if there is any visible damage kindly report it to Elmarie, our representative, please.

RULES OF THE BODY CORPORATE
All guests are subject to the Rules of the Body Corporate be strictly adhered to. A copy of the rules is available on request and can be forwarded by e-mail for prior reading. If any clarification is required about the rules please discuss with Gerdha or Elmarie.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Arrival Time Daily 14:00.
Check-out Time 09:00.
Any other times by arrangement.

GENERAL
-Please note the entire unit including the balcony is a NO-SMOKING area and smoking is only allowed outside the unit.
-Kindly bring your own swimming towels
-Built - in braai on the balcony, sliding doors between balcony and lounge must please be kept closed when using the built-in braai if there is lits of smoke. It is recommended that Sekelbos wood be used, generally available in the area.
-Vehicle access by remote controlled gate, one remote per unit will be supplied.
-Modern Shopping Mall within 10 minutes
-Clean and wide open beaches
-Large variety of restaurants and coffee shops shops in Jeffreys bay as well as a restaurant(Nina’s) and pub in Aston bay
-Climate: Jeffreys bay is known as the place where summer never ends- summers are not too hot and winters not too cold!
