Seashell Breeze

Seashell Breeze is situated 250m from the beach at 3 Tedder Avenue in the quiet south coastal haven called Elysium. Unspoilt beaches run for miles in both directions with a 180 degrees uninterrupted sea view. If it is peace and tranquility you desire the Seashell Breeze is your destination. There are no shark nets at Elysium, but protected beaches are at Ifafa (with a tidal pool) to the north and Mtwalume (with a rock pool) to the south.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower & bath and a guest toilet. The bed linen and towels are provided. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. There is a Hi-Fi with CD and DVD player and a television with SABC 1, 2 ,3 and e-tv as well as a DStv decoder (bring your own simcard). There are 2 braai areas.

The property is fully fenced and provides safe parking with a double lock-up garage.

The closest shopping area is Hiberdeen which is 12km's to the south. There you will find most of the shops that you need. It little closer is Pennington 7km's north but there is only a small superette.

Seashell Breeze is ideally situated to use as a base for experiencing the Southern Explorer Routes, both to the north and the south
