Surroundings
Santorini is a complex of 6 areas (Thera, Akrotiri, Kamari, Kallisti, Perrissa, Pyrgos) (250 units ) which incorporates the entire area between Ballito and Shaka's Rock, between Dolphin road and the beach / sea.
Thera has 64 units. Our unit, No. 4 is part of a 3 unit cluster, overlooking the sea, beach, tidal pool and coastal line. There is no unit in sight in front nor beside our unit. Although there is a unit underneath, due to the slope of the property this is not noticeable.
All units are surrounded by magnificent gardens, walkways and paths. There is a river-stream which crosses the property and bird trails.
Cars are parked under-roof in open carports ±60 meters from the unit. There is a good security and the grounds are patrolled by private security with 2 way radios.
On the beach are life guards on public holidays and school holidays, and there are toilets and change-rooms and a shower on the beach. There is safe swimming in the sea protected by shark nets. Please take care we have experienced strong side currents.
The Flat
The flat is fully furnished and upgraded on an ongoing basis. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 x double (own balcony) and 2 x two single beds. All beds with sheets and blankets. 2 Bathrooms. The flat sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
There is a dining room./lounge with a TV (M-Net is available with own decoder). The kitchen contains a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. and cutlery, pots and pans.
There are fishing rods, boogie boards, tennis rackets and other entertaining games in the flat. Always remember you can get bad weather!!
Bring your toilet paper, soap, towels (bath and beach) and foodstuffs, etc.
The flat is serviced daily (except Sundays and Public holidays) free of charge but a small cleaning fee (R10/R20) is optional for the maid.
