The villa has 4 air-conditioned (heating & cooling) bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom (bath & shower) and queen-size beds. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the fourth has two single beds.

It is self catering, with a fully equipped open plan kitchen (microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, a large s/s fridge-freezer, and cutlery). The kitchen continues into an open plan dining and lounge areas, both of which have air conditioning (heating & cooling). In the lounge is a TV set, DStv decoder, and a Sony Home Theater System. A covered patio, with piped music from the lounge, and great sea views provides a perfect spot for a braai and relaxation. The patio flows onto a large balcony for sun-lounging while enjoying the sea view. "Behind" the house is a tiled courtyard, with a well maintained plunge pool. Next to the pool is a Sauna room, which we are considering making available to the guests.

Linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

The villa has a laundrette,with a washing machine and tumble dryer, while the resort has laundry and dry cleaning services.All our guests will be provided with daily housekeeping.

The villa is located within San Lameer Golf Estate, which is nestled on the South Coast of South Africa's KwaZulu-Natal Province.

The Estate offers:

• A lovely white beach, protected by shark nets, with life guards on duty, and a tidal pool for children.
• Two swimming pools.
• 18-hole golf course.
• Squash and tennis courts.
• Rowing boats and canoeing.
• A fishing dam.

• Lounge & bar, next to the restaurant.

Shelly Beach Mall is about 15 minutes drive from San Lameer, while the Wild Coast Sun Casino about 20 minutes.

The villa sleeps 8 people.
