Sancta Maria 70 is a luxurious three bedroom apartment on the ground floor
with 180° beach and breaker views. It is situated on the beautiful beach of
Winklespruit, just 30 min south of Durban.
The spacious main bedroom offers a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with
bath and shower. The main bedroom has full beach and breaker views and a patio
door opening onto a covered patio. The second bedroom is spacious with two
single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed, with a retractable bed for a
child. There is a second bathroom, complete with bath and shower.
The spacious kitchen is open plan and equipped with a oven/hob, fridge/freezer,
bar fridge, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully
fitted, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The Lounge has been tastefully furnished, and is equipped with a plasma
television and decoder with hotel DStv. The Lounge has lovely ocean views and a
patio door that opens onto the covered patio.
All living rooms have been designer decorated and furnished, and are all
equipped with ceiling fans.
Relax on the patio with its 180° unspoiled beach and breaker views, whilst
preparing your meal on the BBQ. For days not so comfortable, close up the
one side of the patio and still enjoy the outdoors without interrupting the
view.
The secure complex offers controlled access, a swimming pool and beach access.
There is lock up garage and undercover carport for 70 Sancta Maria.
The main swimming beach has lifeguards on duty, and is 500m from the apartment.
The shopping centre is 1km from the complex.
