Rocky Hills is set in a quiet, secluded area of Lonehill in Sandton. Ideally
positioned close to multiple attractions, we offer a home-away-from-home
self-catering experience for business professionals and holiday visitors.
With easy highway access, Rocky Hills places you in close proximity to Midrand,
Kyalami, Fourways and Sandton. The nearest airports are Lanseria (a 20km drive
away) and OR Tambo International (a 43km drive away).
One of the newer suburbs of Johannesburg, Lonehill is a picturesque area on the
periphery of Bryanston. It has its own small nature reserve where you can enjoy
the outdoors whilst being just a stone’s throw away from the city.
The units:
Rocky Hills offers up market one- and two-bedroom self-catering
apartments/units, tastefully decorated and well appointed with a stove,
microwave, fridge and television. Beverage-making facilities are also available.
Each unit has an en-suite bathroom, lounge and sitting area, and an equipped
kitchenette. All units are separate, with their own entrance, and each opens out
onto its own private garden or courtyard area.

Nearby Montecasino, Design Quarter, Cedar Square, Fourways and Lonehill Malls
offer a range of eateries that will satisfy all dining requirements.

Attractions and activities:
Not far away is Montecasino - Gauteng's premier entertainment spot featuring the
five-star Palazzo Hotel, a casino, food court, theatres, cinema complex,
conference facilities and trendy outdoor Piazza.
For shopping, Rocky Hills is not far from the Fourways and Lonehill Shopping
Malls, or the lavish retail outlets at Design Quarters and Cedar Square.
The Lion Park is situated a short distance away from Rocky Hills, near Lanseria
Airport and Fourways. At the park visitors have the opportunity to view a large
variety of predators and large herbivores at close range. The Lion Park also has
some rare white lions, as well as cheetah, wild dog, brown hyena, striped hyena,
spotted hyena, black-backed jackal, side-striped jackal, and various species of
antelope. The park is open 365 days of the year.
Lonehill Koppie is a great spot for birders. As many as 70 different species
have been recorded there. Ibis, kite, guinea fowl, eagle owl, cuckoo and heron
are frequently sighted.
For those who do a daily workout, there's a Virgin Active Gym close by. Golfers
will enjoy the challenges of the Bryanston Golf Course, where thirteen out of
eighteen holes feature water hazards. The Wanderers Cricket Stadium is also
within easy reach, and so is the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit - a world-famous
motorsport venue that has been host to numerous Grand Prix, Moto Grand Prix and
World Superbike events.
