Situated 15km inland from Ballito,
you will find this relaxing bushveld hideaway. The area enjoys a sub-tropical climate throughout the year, resulting in pleasant weather conditions.
There are 3 self catering thatched chalets set amongst magnificent cliff faces, indigenous trees and overlooking the Sampoya River, where there is abundant birdlife.
These chalets on the river are renowned for their Rock finished styling, creative architecture, tranquility and relaxing ambience. The rock finished chalets have a strong African influence, with each having a private boma and rock pit braai.
These beautiful African furnished chalets are situated near the rivers edge, with stunning views from all the rooms.
Each chalet consists of an open-plan fitted kitchen & lounge, large undercover verandah area. Interesting bathrooms featuring rock showers. Individually decorated bedrooms and big loft rooms.
One sleeps 8, another sleeps 10 to 12 comfortably and we have a luxury 2 sleeper. The chalets are fully equipped with air-conditioning/ fans, microwaves.
Linen and bath towels provided.
Chalets are serviced daily.
The river in front of the chalets is a fantastic magnet for children and provides hours of wonderful entertainment.
We have stunning recreational facilities. There are two swimming pool areas; one with a water slide meandering into a rock pool, a braai area & wooden deck over looking the river and the other; a reeded outside pub with built-in braai area and 3 rock swimming pools cascading into one another. There is children's jungle gym, obstacle course and trampoline. There are great hiking trails, suitable for bird watching and mountain bikes. Fly fishing from our Jetty is also permitted.
The evenings can be enjoyed with a "sundowner" on one of the decks over-looking the river.
For the more adventurous, why not take a guided Quad Trip or a flip in a Micro light along the "Dolphin Coast" and admire the sheer beauty of this area.
The Dolphin coast, boasts some of the most beautiful beaches only 15 minutes away.
