It's a wooow!. The place is clean and secured, comfortable bed... good staff from the guards, Nirvana and the other lady, I forgot her name. TV channels. All in all everything is beautiful and welcoming. Even the location.

Suggestion: please change pictures from the site because I thought the place is just a place with no wooow, only to find this place is so beautiful and welcoming but your photos from the website is not beautiful. Try to upload new photos because your place is beautiful.

We really like Summersands, the level of security in the building as a whole is amazing. The cleanliness is on another level. We would visit again and again.

Wow am so happy with the accommodation, it's nice, clean, organized and spacious, the security is tight, u feel safe all the time. The communication from Nirvana is the best, she checks up on you now and then during the stay. I'll always recommend this place, and am coming back again for the fourth time. Thank u thank u.

Thank you very much Nirvana for the support, it was a last minute booking and you made it happen for me. The place is very convenient, just 5 minutes to the beach, near restaurants and Pick n Pay is just across. Place is very neat and clean with comfortable beds, it was more than what I expected. Safe parking with security visible all the time. I am definitely using your services next time I am in Durban.

Excellent service overall. Top class communication as we had to postpone our vacation three times due to Covid regulations being tightened but they were still understanding. Unit is very clean and the entire complex is very highly secured. We will definitely visit again.

The unit is amazing, the service is excellent!!! Beautiful memories! I will definitely only use this self-catering apartment whenever I'm in Durban.

We had an amazing stay, enjoyed the three nights we spent at the apartment. Apartment is clean, neat and tidy. The security is on point. Our host Nirvana was checking on us and asking if everything was fine....and the shops are near by and the beach is 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment, loved it. Thank you Nirvana for everything, we are definitely coming back.

We had an amazing time visiting Durban beachfront. The unit was so neat and beautifully decorated. It was so clean, you could eat off the floors!!The beds in both rooms were very comfortable and clean. The complex is also very safe, with 24hrs security. Nirvana was so very helpful and friendly from the time we made the booking until the time we left. She's an absolute star! This is definitely a place we will come back to and it is great value for money.

The unit was very clean and beautiful with upmarket furniture and fittings.
Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone who wants to be based at Durban North beach.
Nirvana was also very nice and helpful. Keep up the good standard.

The land lady was very nice and very helpful. We will definitely recommend the place to friends, family and colleagues.
