Enjoyed every single day and night spent there. Photos showed on advertisement are true reflection of what is there. Loved the place, its a nice getaway place to be with friends or family.

We really had a very unpleasant stay at Horizon during March 2016. During the entire period we had very little to no water, their e-mail correspondence stipulated that it was due to water restrictions however based on the previous complaint this was most certainly not that case and other units had sufficient water pressure and hot water. I phoned on numerous occasions and addressed this matter with the owner admin lady and it was stipulated that a contractor will attend to it. As per the previous complaint this did not make any differences. No one could bath or shower hence I continually had to make alternative arrangements to ensure we kept clean and purchase drinking water for consumption. Furthermore it was stipulated that the apartment will be service however the cleaner only attended to the unit 1 day out of the 7 days. I would have expected a refund or at least a discounted pricing for all the inconvenienced caused however it seems my unpleasant experience just goes unnoticed.
Other aspects that were disturbing was that there are prostitutes walking up and down the road in front of the complex and there are no direct sea views from all the rooms in this unit due to the bush overgrowth across the road.
I received my refund less damages that was caused by a previous renters, I was not contacted telephonically or via e-mail to inquire if this was caused by me however they only assumed it was. If the owner checks his property after the previous renters vacated surely it would have been noticed. I tried to contact the owner via the admin lady however to date there has been not return e-mail or call from the owner.
I would not recommend this place to anyone until the owner addresses the water and hot water issue.

It is now 5 days after we checked out and I am still waiting for my deposit. The owner is never available. I send my Bank details and complaint on Monday and no feedback nor payment.
We really had a very unpleasant stay at Horizon. Our first night we had no water. I phoned the next day to notify the owner's admin lady. People came out to check the water pressure but did not make much difference. We only had water at the kitchen basin some days. They told us we can only open one tap at a time. That did not even help much because we had only a few drops coming out. To shower was a mission. The best part we had NO hot water for 5 days. I phoned again on Friday but nothing was done.
Our holiday was a mess. They never phoned to check if all is ok and we had no number to contact over the weekend. The cleaner told us the first day that they have had no water for the last 2 weeks.
How can they not know this? Why did they not notify us before we arrived? I really hope they will remove this Holiday rental until they have sorted out the water issue.
I really did not want to post this complaint but they leave me no chose. I am really unhappy that I am still waiting for my deposit and insist on a refund. This type of service is unacceptable.
