New Executive Chef, Lindsay Venn (ex Beluga), uses fresh South African products to create unique flavour combinations. Lindsay in addition creates special dishes on request and consults for group, function and feast menus.
Our sensational live music programme now features laid-back ambient dinner-jazz, blues and Afro-jazz over dinner from Monday to Saturday and more upbeat music from 10pm til late on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Foreshore, the Marimba Café offers quality, quick and casual coffees, lunches and suppers. With backgammon and chess sets available and tournaments for beginners and masters, the all-weather café offers an African cosmopolitan atmosphere along with regular art and exhibitions.
FUNCTIONS AND EVENTS
Our General Manager, Tim Wagner, will be glad to arrange African or themed marimba feasts for functions and events.
Our facilities are designed to cater for groups of up to 156 people sit-down or 240 stand-up.
Whether it is a breakfast presentation, quick conference lunch, gala evening or a relaxing dinner venue, we are able to compile an event to remember.
We have a full in-house A.V. system at your disposal including automatic room screen, data projector and state of the art audio system.
MARIMBA MUSIC PRODUCTION
Our associate companies in Cape Town and New York produce Africa's longest established music festival. We devise and produce music presentations - from solo performer to symphony - for conventions, product launches, corporate and private functions held at Marimba or elsewhere in Southern Africa.
