Gabbata's Restaurant, Tea Garden, Terrace and Boma are also open to non
residents. Our chefs have created exclusive menus with cuisine dishes prepared
with only the freshest of ingredients. Our success lies in the simplicity or our
cusine. All our dishes are lovingly prepared. We preferably use organic herbs
and vegetables grown in our own gardens. Our Terrace over-looking the untamed
Bushveld provides the perfect setting to sample a cocktail or just relax. Our
guests can enjoy a selection of handpicked wines to suit all budgets. Gabbata
hosts its own wine cellar with exclusive wines from indigenous wine farms.
