The intimate and romantic atmosphere at Blue Gum Restaurant, together with
country style cooking of the highest standard, promises an unforgettable
fine-dining experience.
Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 am daily in the beautiful sun room that
overlooks the pastures and vineyards of the estate. A sumptuous cold buffet, as
well as a traditional English breakfast, is available. Light Lunches are served
daily from 12-3 as well as a traditional Sunday roast carvery that can last all
day.
Evening meals are served from 7pm daily. Fresh flowers adorn every candle lit
table in the elegant dining room and every meal is prepared with great care
using only the finest ingredients, many of which grown and sourced from the
surrounding valley. Blue Gum offers an excellent winelist concentrating mostly
on grapes from the surrounding areas. The wines available are intended to both
complement the food and excite the taste buds.
