Ramino Guest Farm is the perfect stop over between Cape Town and
Johannesburg. The Guesthouse is a renovated farm house with 5 bedrooms and 5 on
suite bathrooms. One room is a big family room with a double bed and two single
beds with a on suite bathroom. Each room has it's own entrance to the "stoep"
and garden. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen together with a dining
room and lounge! The lounge has a big fireplace and is perfect for spending
quality time with your entire family!
The facilities on the guest farm includes a braai area, swimming pool and secure
under roof parking. There is Dstv in the main house, with internet access and
laundry facilities on request. Complimentary tea and coffee with home made rusks
will make you feel at home away from home! The rooms are also fully fitted with
heaters and fans for our unique karoo climate!
There are a number of activities you can undertake on and around the farm,
including: picnics with picnic hampers, Horse riding, Mountain biking, hiking
trails and walking trails and river fishing! You will experience the pureness of
nature with our beautiful sunsets and night rides!
For a working farm experience you can help gather the sheep, feed the lambs,
horses and cows, learn how to do a real boere-braai and make your own "stokwors".
Your skill will also be tested when you help with sheep shearing and learn more
about wool classification, wool and pressing and bailing.
Ramino bricks will also give you a unique experience on how to make your own
bricks.
