Self Catering with Communal Kitchen Accommodation

Phomola means quiet, peaceful so why not escape from the city to the Waterberg in a malaria free area and soak up the sights and sounds of the African bush.

We are approximately 2½ hours from Sun City and Pilansberg Game Reserve.

The farm is ideal for those with mountain bikes or 4 wheel quads. For those wishing a more leisurely pace why not relax in our splash pool or drink sun downers on the lookout tower, while watching the game come to drink at the river, or stroll across the veldt.

Game includes:
Giraffe, zebra, kudu, impala, blesbok, blue wildebeest, gemsbok, mountain reedbuck bush pig, ostrich, baboon, klipspringer, porcupine, aardvark and transient game including brown hyena and leopard.

We have a prolific birdlife with secretary birds, cranes, kingfishers, and eagles including the magnificent fish eagle.

Our accommodation comprises of 2 separate self contained units within the main lodge. Each has 3 d/b bedrooms (1 en-suite), separate bathroom, sitting room with TV, dining area, cooking facilities and serviced daily. Please bring own towels

There are 6 chalets sleeping 4 persons. Two with 4 single beds, four with 1 double and 2 single. These can be hired with or without bed linen, please bring own towels. Each has own braai (barbeque) fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery.

Shower Block and communal kitchen.

Also in the area are the White lion project, Rhino Museum, The De Wildt wild dog and cheetah wildlife ranch, crocodile farm, and elephant back riding. Bookings can be made on request.

Our shop has basic supplies plus braai packs, steaks, etc. Please ordered 24 hours in advance.
