Our popular
Family Cottage is a double story, with own entrance from Penny Lane and private garden area. There are three double bedrooms and a dormitory room in the loft which sleeps 4 people. All beds have electric blankets in winter. The cottage has two bathrooms and a modern open-plan kitchen. The lounge / dining room has a log fireplace and a television,
and DVD facilities. Enjoy a weber type braai on the covered verandah with
magnificent berg views.
Our
Apple Cottage is perhaps the new 'star'. It has 3 bedrooms - 1 queen
which has an ensuite shower room, 1 double and 1 twin, with a full bathroom, a
large lounge with dvd player ( collection of dvds on site to borrow), a
fireplace, a sofa bed - which can sleep another 2 people, a large dinning room
and a beautifully appointed kitchen with large gas/electric 'range' cooker.
There is a veradah area outside withWeber braai, glorious views over the berg
and gardens with shaddy trees to sit under in the sun.
Our
Lavender Cottage is a beautiful, bright cottage. It has a double
bedroom with a lovely corner bath ensuite. It has a further twin bedded room
with shower ensuite. there is a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a sitting room
with a sofa couch that can sleep a further 2 children, a dvd player and patio
area with braai and gloriouis views.
Our
African Dreams Thatch Cottage is tastefully decorated in this theme and sleeps four under the comfort and atmosphere of a thatched roof. It has a double bedroom with en-suite, a second bathroom with corner bath, an open plan lounge with sleeper couch and fireplace and kitchen. It is fully equipped for self catering. There is a television with
dvd and a music centre, and all beds have electric blankets in winter. The cottage has a covered patio with braai and is nestled under oak trees in its own private garden. The view of Giants Cup from this cottage is breathtaking! An ideal honeymoon suite.
All linen and towels are provided.
We offer breakfast and dinners on request. There are many restaurants for instance, and hundreds, if not thousands, of hiking and cycling trails!

- Firewood at R40 per bundle.

On-Site activities we offer:
- River Rafting and Tubing adventures from Pennygum. All necessary equipment including lifejackets and helmets are provided.
- Guests can pick their own apples from the orchard in season.
