Self Catering Cottage Accommodation
in Pennington on the South Coast,

A lovely, spacious 12 sleeper self-catering double storey house. Four bedrooms, two with double beds, two with twin beds. Each room has own ceiling fan. Two extra double beds, one under the stairs and the other upstairs in a large open room leading onto a large deck with sea views. All bed linen is supplied. Please bring own bath and beach towels. There is a satellite and a decoder available, clients are to bring their own Smart Cards.
The first bathroom has a toilet, basin and bath. The second bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower. There is a third bathroom with a toilet and basin only.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge/freezer, stove with oven and microwave oven. There is a second fridge upstairs. The kitchen leads onto the dining room with an 8-seater table. This leads onto the lounge which opens onto the back courtyard and large garden which is ideal for braai'ing. Braai facilities available.
There is plenty of on site parking for cars, boats, trailers, etc. Maids quarters are also available and pets are welcome.
Attractions:
Pennington Holiday Home is situated on a quiet road within walking distance to the beach. There are rock pools and it is ideal for fishing and snorkelling. Crayfish and mussels are available in season but a license is required. Temporary lifeguards are on duty on the bathing beaches in season.
There are two lovely golf courses, Selbourne and Umdoni (links courses), and these can either be booked privately or golfing tours can be arranged for larger groups at an additional fee. Further down the coast is the
San Lameer and Wild Coast golf courses.
For bird lovers, you will be amazed at the birdlife which can be found when taking a walk around the area and even just around the garden. There are a large number of trees which attract a number of different species.
If you feel like a meal out, Lynton Hall is highly recommended. It is just a five minute drive from Pennington and is one of the top ten restaurants in South Africa.
