Once your car is parked safely in our under cover security parking in the
building, you are within walking distance to beaches, the Sun Coast Casino,
uShaka Marine World, Checkers, restaurants, take-a ways and entertainment.

Fully Self-Catering Budget Accommodation
There are various flat types:
- Open plan flat, (Studio) sleeps up to 6 people sharing. (double bed + 2 double bed sleeper couches in lounge, sep. bathroom, sep. toilet, shower, kitchen)
Type "A"
- One-bedroom flat, sleep up to 6 people sharing. Some flats have a partial sea-view
looking between the building, from window Flat type "B". (one bedroom with double bed +
two double bed sleeper couches in lounge, bathroom, kitchen)
- Two-bedroom flat, sleeps up to 8 people sharing. 1st bedroom has a
queensize bed en-suite bathroom 2nd bedroom has 2x single beds, double bed
sleeper couch in lounge bunk bed, 2nd bathroom, fully self-catering kitchen.
Type "D"
All flats are fully self-catering and equipped with pots and pans, cooking
utensils crockery and cutlery. Toaster, kettle, oven/stove, microwave,
fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board. Dishwashing liquid, cleaning and drying
clothes.
Linen, bath towels, bath soap and a hair dryer are provided.
Please bring your own beach towels.
There is a color TV with 1, 2, 3, and etv.
On arrival there is tea/sugar/creamer in the flat for a refreshing cup of tea.
The flats are serviced, except for Sundays, public holidays, dishes and laundry.
However there is a laundry mat downstairs in the building.
All flats have ceiling fans in bedrooms & lounges, together with air-coolers. Exec. 1 flat is air-conditioned. Security patrol. Our flats have security gates at front door. A night safe in the flat is provided for any valuables (R20.00 refundable key deposit).
50% Deposit to secure, 50% 2 weeks prior arrival.
