Perfectly situated on the beach front on Durban's famous Golden Mile in KwaZulu-Natal, the Parade Hotel offers accommodation at affordable rates. This hotel was built in the 1930's and therefore our rooms all differ in size and layout. We are a two star family hotel. Our very competitive room rates reflect our limited service environment.
This hotel is suitable for travelers looking for a no frills limited service experience. We are ideal for budget travelers, families, back packers, sports and school groups and the business man who does not expect a full service up market experience.
Our buffet breakfast is a traditional English menu, akin to that of a bed and breakfast establishment.
Parade Hotel offers guests clean rooms that enjoy panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, however none of the rooms have air conditioning, only fans. All rooms have satellite TV and some rooms have balconies. Currently we do not have internet facilities.
