Papillon Bleu at Brenton-on-Sea is situated on the sea side of the famous Knysna Heads, a breath-taking 15 minute drive from the centre of Knysna. Experience the magnificent sunsets from the pool patio with stunning views of the Indian Ocean, Buffalo Bay and the Outeniqua Mountains.

We have 4 self-catering suites. All are open-plan with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchenettes,TV with M-Net and selected DStv channels. They are ideal for couples, however 2 suites are able to accommodate up to 4 people sharing.

We offer four self-catering suites with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchenettes, TVs with M-Net and selected DStv channels, a sparkling pool and off-street parking. Beaches, lakes, mountains and rivers provide endless opportunity for leisure and outdoor adventure. Within the town there are craft shops, flea markets and cozy cafés that beckon with small-town charm and hospitality. The area around Knysna is a veritable “Garden of Eden”. This is home of the only forest elephant in South Africa, the rare pansy shell, the brilliantly coloured and elusive Knysna loerie, a plethora of waterfowl and forest birds, as well as dolphins and visiting whales in seasoned over 200 species of fish.
