The property for letting is the bottom of the Villa. The Villa is divided into 2 separate properties with separate entrances (top house and bottom house) 3 of the 4 bedrooms have full seaviews as well as the main lounge and patio. There is a separate dining area (apart from the outside table and chairs seating 8) and the dining area seats 6. Breakfast nook in the kitchen seats 4. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and has a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Kitchen counter is granite. DSTV with PVR Decoder, Television in the lounge.

There are 2 large bathrooms with 2 large frameless glass showers, 3 toilets (one separate) and a bidet. All sanitaryware and plumbing is of a high standard. Major renovation of the house was recently completed. 50 metres access to family beach in Umdloti - direct access onto the beach from side door in perimeter wall of property. We also have 4 wooden pool loungers. All bedrooms have solid mahogany built in cupboards. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, dining area and lounge. Parking is available on the property for 2 vehicles.

As owners of the property we reside in the top Villa and are available to assist clients with any requirements on a daily basis. The house and pool area are surrounded by coconut bearing palm trees and cycads which create a unique tropical ambience to the property.
