Situated in Ballito at the top end of Patricia Road, bordering the Zimballi estate, Palm Court has a breath taking view of the Ocean, stretching from Durban's Bluff to Shefields Beach on the North Coast. The lush greenery, that envelopes the gardens below, enhances the beauty of the tropical climate of the Indian Ocean.
Unit No. 1
The holiday apartment of Palm Court consists of a spacious lounge and dining room that lead to a large covered verandah with a view to the beach and the ocean: a satellite TV with DStv and VCR is available. There are three
spacious tastefully decorated double bedrooms en suite, with ocean view, of
which one has king size bed, the other queen and the third two single beds. Each bathrooms contains a bath, a spacious shower, a washbasin with a vanity cabinet and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a dish washing machine, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, stove with oven, crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils for six guests. A braai area is provided on the kitchen verandah with a Webber braai. The apartment is serviced daily. A separate entrance gives access to the apartment and secure parking for two cars is available.

Luxurious self catering unit for two people consisting of one bedroom en suite, lounge, dining room and kitchenette that leads to a covered verandah with a magnificent view to the beach and the ocean; a satellite TV with DStv VCR is available. The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin with a vanity cupboard and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, two hot plates with oven, crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils for two guests. A Webber braai is provided. The apartment is serviced daily. A separate entrance gives access to the apartment and secure parking for one car.
The pool area is situated on the lower level and has the same view to the ocean as the apartment level. A large garden stretches below the pool area. Often monkeys play in the garden and occasionally a duiker can be seen grazing. A variety of birds frequent the garden. Dolphins can be seen swimming along the coast daily as well as whales in spring time.
For those who love jogging, the surrounding shaddy streets are ideal. Beaches are three minutes away by car and fifteen minutes walking. There are two safe beaches and a large tidal pool. The nearby rocks that jut into the ocean invite fisherman to try their luck.
The picturesque town of Ballito and the North Coast are full of fine food restaurants. Several shopping centres with well known supermarkets and a variety of shops meet the daily needs of the tourist.
The information about tourist attractions e.g.: micro light flying, dolphin and whale watching, crocodile farm, snake park, animal farm, etc., can be obtained from the Ballito Tourist Centre, which is situated at the entrance to Ballito.
Umhlanga and Gateway Shopping Centre are 30km away. The airport is 30 minutes from Ballito.
