P45 THESEN ISLAND

P45 is a double storey, two bed roomed house, both en-suite, situated on the park on Thesen Island. It can easily accommodate 4 people. The two bedrooms are both upstairs and there is a big open plan kitchen and living area downstairs. There is also an extra bathroom downstairs with an outside door to make it easy to shower after spending time on the beach or in the water.

The house has big sliding doors that open up completely to give you that outside living feeling.

The kitchen is fitted out with two dish washers, two under counter ovens, 4 stove plates, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. It is fully equipped with the necessary cutlery and crockery.

There is a TV and Dstv in the lounge area (bring own Dstv card). There is also a washing machine.
Braai facilities are available.

All linen is provided, except for towels. P45 is not serviced. Domestic help can be organized at an extra price that needs to be discussed beforehand.

The whole design and layout of Thesen Island is to provide the residents with security. Children are safe to walk or ride around on their bikes anywhere on the Island, even at night. Wide footpaths accommodate walkers, joggers and cyclists, while cars are not allowed to drive faster than 30km/h. There are tennis courts, a squash court, a kiddies play park and three communal beaches. There is a bird-hide for bird lovers.

Being a marina development, the primary focus is on water activities.

P45 has its own boat mooring for those who would like to bring their own boat. A trip to the Knysna Heads across the lagoon is a must do!

The Thesen Harbour Town is an easy walk from P45 and has lovely little shops and restaurants.

Knysna is one of South Africa's favourite and most picturesque towns and the Knysna Waterfront and town centre is five minutes away by car.
