We run a tranquil Lodge where you can relax and rejuvenate yourself away from the hustle & bustle of busy everyday life! Here you can feel the presence of God & experience the wonders of Nature in the relaxed bush atmosphere.
We have 8 en-suite rooms, very tastefully furnished, TV in all the rooms & all have tea & coffee facilities. Well equipped, well appointed rooms. We are close to the Colenso Battlefields route & the
Ladysmith Battlefields Route, Close enough to the World Heritage sites at the Berg-being an hour or so drive to certain areas.
A drive away, about 70kms to the popular
Midlands Meander Route. Bushmans River - adjacent the property - the property also belongs to us - a popular Family place, fishing, picnicking... Muden has a Crocodile farm - i.e.. 35kms away!
Fishing , mountain biking and hunting facilities nearby - within 10 kms radius.
We have the very well run well spoken of -
Weenen Game Reserve on our doorstep, 5kms away - this has both Black & White Rhino. Lots of Zulu myths to hear about, cairns of stones, etc. & places to see of Zulu interest.
The road that appears downhill but is actually uphill can be rather fascinating. A very quaint stop on your way to Stanger & the North Coast alternate Route.
Although we are a bed & breakfast establishment, Supper/Dinner/ Lunch can be arranged with management- We serve good wholesome meals at affordable prices...
