We are a family run B&B literally across the road from the warm Indian Ocean and kilometres of golden beach.

We offer:

Upstairs:
3 Luxury double/family rooms with a double bath and shower. A small fridge and tea/coffee tray are available for these rooms. The rooms all lead onto a deck overlooking the Indian Ocean. 1 Standard double (garden facing) with a balcony.

Downstairs:
4 Standard doubles/singles. All the rooms are en-suite and have sliding doors that open to fantastic sea views.

The rates include a continental breakfast of tea/coffee, fruit juice, cereals, yogurt, fruit, bread/toast and preserves.

All rooms have fans, a Television and all linen is provided (apart from beach towels)

There is a swimming pool, communal kitchen, braai area, a communal TV/reading lounge and safe off road parking available to the guests.

Location:

On the Beach is located in Glenashley, between Umhlanga Rocks (4 km) and Durban (7km). We are a few blocks away from La Lucia Mall and within walking distance to several fine restaurants.

Our location is ideal if you are either on business or pleasure; we are minutes from several Platinum Golf Courses (Beachwood, The Durban Country Club, The Royal Durban), Gateway (the largest shopping mall in the southern hemisphere with cinemas, a wave pool, climbing wall, shops and restaurants), and the holiday resort of Umhlanga Rocks. Durban's Golden Mile, Sun Coast Casino, Kings Park and Kingsmead are less than 10 minutes away, as is the International Conference Centre (ICC).
