Our self-catering 4-sleeper apartment consists of one bedroom and an open
plan living area with a double bed sized sleeper couch (137cm), bathroom and
kitchen. The front door leads onto a wooden deck with a brilliant view over the
Hottentots-Holland mountains; the perfect place to relax after a long day.
During the 5 years of our existence, our guests have been impressed with the

The apartment accommodates up to a maximum of 4 people and is situated in La
Rochelle, a quiet suburb in Bellville. It is conveniently positioned; 30 minutes
from Cape Town centre as well as Paarl and only 20 minutes from Cape Town
International Airport. The N1 and R300 highways are close-by and allow
convenient travelling in the area. Stellenbosch is a mere 25 minutes away. The
close proximity to universities, conference venues, various beaches and to some
of the most famous vineyards in the country makes "On The Balcony" the ideal
base for the family holiday, business trip or conference. Holiday makers,
business people and academics alike enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the
surroundings.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, DSTV, DVD-player and sufficient
parking. Linen and towels are provided.
Our guests enjoy the close-at-hand convenience of all the facilities normally
associated with a large city; yet the apartment setting is relaxed. A few shops
in the area including a Woolworths Food Store cater for all your grocery needs
and refreshments. People staying for longer periods will find a laundry
close-by.
No smoking inside; you are welcome to smoke outside.
