Terms Of Payment

A booking deposit is required of 50% of the full cost to secure the booking.

The balance of 50% is payable no later than 14 days before your arrival.

A refundable security deposit of R1000 is payable along with the booking deposit.This will be refunded once the premises is vacated and inventory checked

Please note that the deposit WILL be withheld if more than 6 people occupy the cottage for any night.

Please forward us your banking details so that your refund may be returned

We apologize, but no credit cards accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival, a R750 administration fee withheld.

Cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of booking fee refunded.

Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, the security deposit only refunded.

Arrival & Departure Times

Normal Arrivals: 2pm to 6pm on the day of arrival
Normal Departures: 8am to 10am on the day of departure.
