Ocean reef apartments are brand new luxury apartments in Zinkwazi beach.
They consist of 10 blocks which each have 3 floors (ground, 1st and 2nd), each
floor has 2 very spacious apartments with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. All
units have access to the pool on site. The unit is beautifully decorated, well
equipped and has DSTV . Air conditioning in the living area as well as the main
bedroom. Unit 19 sleeps 6 people and all bedrooms have large build in
cupboards. The security village has direct beach access while the main beach is
approximately 10 minutes walk. The unit has a gas braai on the veranda. Partial

from the verandah. Secure property with electrical fencing, gates and 24 hour
security guards. Undercover parking on property. Unit 19 has no stairs -
wheelchair accessible. All linen and bath towels provided. Containing: Open plan
lounge/dining room/kitchen. Kitchen: microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer,
automatic front loader washing machine, tumble drier and dishwashing machine.
All cutlery and crockery. 1. Main Bedroom - queen bed, shower, bath, basin and
toilet. Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Bunk bed as well as roll-out bed -
sleeps 3. Second bathroom with bath, toilet and basin. Large timber deck veranda
with furniture. Laundry in complex for self service. Everyday cleaning service
can be arranged. Airport transfers can be arranged.
