Triton is a very spacious, comfortable holiday home in a good location with direct access to the Pennington beach.  It can truly be called “A Beach House”.  It has 4 bedrooms and enough beds to sleep 10. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and extra toilet downstairs.  Triton is ideally positioned within walking distance to the Pennington Village pub, Superette, Laundry, Pharmacy, Beach Shop and other Pennington Businesses.

Bed linen is provided.  Guests do need to please bring their own bath and beach towels.

Triton has a very open plan feel. Downstairs is the lounge and dining room area with a modern fully fitted kitchen with granite counters and a large separate scullery with dishwasher and washing machine. There is gas hob with an electric oven, microwave, fridge and large chest freezer.  The dining room opens up onto the undercover verandah with outside furniture and bench set. This leads out onto the pool (with safety net) and spacious garden. There is also an outside shower and braai facility.

The lounge has a TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player and DSTV decoder (pre-selected channels).

The two downstairs bedrooms are spacious with ceiling fans and built in cupboards. Both open up onto a sundeck which leads into the front garden. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed in it. The second bedroom has four single beds. These bedrooms share a large full bathroom, with bath, shower, basin and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet down stairs.

The two upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and lead onto a balcony over-looking the garden. The one bedroom has a double bed, and the en suite has a shower, basin and toilet. The other bedroom has a king bed and the en suite has bath, shower, basin and toilet.

Triton has its own automated entrance and direct access onto the beach.  The house has very good security which includes Trellidoors on the outside leading doors, an alarm and beams.  It also has an electric fence and a security guard who comes on duty in the evening.  The house is monitored by a security company and does have a safe for guests to lock away valuables.  There is secure on-site parking for at least four vehicles
