Ocean Eden - Pearl is situated right on and has private access directly onto Pennington main beach where one can enjoy swimming, (lifeguards are on duty on week-ends and in season), surfing, fishing, snorkeling, exploring the beautiful rock pools or taking long leisurely walks. For the fisherman a quick 10 minute walk will get you to Umdoni Point, which is a very popular fishing spot. Alternatively you can relax in the garden or on the sun loungers on the pool deck and listen to the ocean lapping on the shore.

The unit is very exclusive. The surroundings are very tranquil and secluded with indigenous bush and abundant bird and wildlife (loeries, grey duiker, dassies etc.) The house is very secure with electric fencing all round and automated entrance.

The house, which sleeps fourteen, consists of six bedrooms, 3 of which have beautiful sea views. All bedrooms air conditioned and bed linen is provided. Guests to bring their own bath and beach towels.

The house has a double garage with automated garage doors and entrance directly into house, gourmet kitchen with separate scullery, dinning room, 2 lounges, 3 TV's, DStv (pre-selected channels), separate laundry, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en suite), separate guest toilet, pub, pool, jacuzzi, outside undercover lounge and sundecks with sea views.

The down stairs lounge leads into the designer pub which opens out onto the entertainment area with sunken undercover lounge, jacuzzi and pool. The upstairs lounge leads onto a wrap around verandah with amazing sea views. The spacious open plan gourmet kitchen is solid cherry with granite counters. It is fully equipped - including a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. Down stairs is very open plan. The dining room, which also opens up onto the entertainment area, over looks the pool and has sea views.

The house has three en suite bathrooms, one with shower, corner bath, toilet and basin and the other two with shower, toilet and basin. There is a separate guest toilet and basin downstairs and another bathroom upstairs with bath, basin and toilet. There is an outside shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a swim in the sea.

The house is fully service by a maid and small pets are allowed.

There is a chemist, bottle store, green grocer and gym within walking distance and a 2 minute drive will get you to Umdoni and Selborne Golf Courses.

Its hard to find more luxurious accommodation as close to the ocean as Ocean Eden!
