We have converted our large farmhouse situated on the side of a mountain, into a series of luxury apartments. All are self-catering, spacious, well furnished, have DSTV and flat screen TVs. Each unit has its own entrance and deck. There are braai facilities for all the units and there is a pool for the use of the guests. The views are stunning and the bird life is prolific.

We are in the heart of the Sabie Valley adventure zone right next door to Induna Adventures, the famous Sabie Valley Coffee Shop is over the road, Elephant Encounters can be enjoyed 5 minutes away and there are excellent restaurants and spa facilities nearby. Phabeni Gate (Kruger National Park) is only 22kms away. Shopping and boutique restaurants are available in Hazyview (10 Kms away) or in nearby White River and Graskop. The Panoramic view & historic sites in Pilgrim’s Rest, God’s Window, etc. are all within the vicinity.

We have 4 spacious and airy family apartments. These are ideal homes-away-from home for your family getaway.

Two of the apartments have a separate bedroom en-suite with a double sleeper in the living area. Two apartments are very spacious bed-sitters with a double sleeper in the living/bedroom area. The bathrooms have showers, basins and toilet. There is one bathroom per apartment.

You will love the luxury of the king size extra length bed and the percale cotton bedding ensures a cool and comfortable night's sleep.

We allow a maximum of 2 children per Apartment (although we sometimes allow a third little one in your own travel cot).

The kitchen is fully kitted out for self-catering and you can produce gourmet meals should you wish to do so. The apartments have fans and heaters.

Apartment 7 aka "The Cottage" is detached from the main farmhouse and has its own patio garden. Ideal for the longer stay . . .

Couples' Apartments
We have 2 full size apartments prfect for a couple or 2 singles sharing. These are situated in the converted farmhouse. They are spacious, fully equipped for self-catering and have everything you need for a home-away-from-home.

You will love the king size extra length beds fitted with cool percale cotton. Or we can split the beds and make them up as singles if you are 2 adults sharing. The apartments have bathrooms with showers, toilet and basin.

The third option for couples is a lovely en-suite room attached to the main house where your hosts, and owners, Andrew and Auriol live with their two dogs (and with one cat with attitude). It has its own entrance and is perfect for an overnight traveller or a couple who intend being out and about all day. The room is equipped with a flat screen TV, full DSTV, a bar fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave oven. It is also equipped with cutlery and crockery so it makes an ideal "mini" self-catering option.

There is a queen size bed with percale cotton sheets and the en-suite bathroom has a shower. There is a wide veranda where you can sit, relax and take in the garden and enjoy the bird-life.

Premier Suite
This is apartment is perfect for the couple looking for a romantic getaway or for 2 couples looking for something special. Or a family of four can hide away up there for days!

The bedroom has an extra length king size bed (percale cotton bedding goes without saying) and the room has an "outdoor" feel to it with great views on three sides.

The living and kitchen area is perfectly appointed with a full kitchen and double sleeper couch. The bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom, but can be accessed from the living area as well. A double shower and slipper bath adds to the romantic feel of this apartment. This is the only apartment with a private heated plunge pool in a lovely garden and braai area.
