Novel Villa is nested in the heart of Gordons Bay (ZA). Our Villa is just 25
minutes from Cape Town International Airport and only 40 minutes drive from Cape
Town.
We promise to offer value for money. We believe that our visitors deserve
quality and space during their holiday vacation. Our Villa has the best kitchen
and felicity finishing. Our Villa suites is a 3 Star (TGCSA) and highly
recommended (AA) graded establishment. There are two levels. Each level has two
individual holiday suites with its own separate entrance.
We offer our visitors four separate holiday flats which are situated 200m from
the main beach and 100 m from all the major shops and restaurants. You wake up
and look over magnificent False Bay with the Helderberg Mountain behind you.
