harbour, yacht club, and out to Glencairn, Kalk Bay and
Gordon's Bay; in fact a clean sweep of the entire bay. The lights at
night are magical and romantic. The house is close to major tourist
areas such as Cape point, Boulders Beach, Constantia Valley wine farms.
It is a town of great historic value with wonderful museums. The town
is architecturally very unique and dates back to the early 1700's.
There are lovely paths and steps leading through lanes down to the
village which are great if you like to explore. The town has lovely

The townhouse consists of 3 bedrooms which sleep 5 and has 2.5
bathrooms; one being a walk in shower downstairs which is great after a
sandy day on the beach. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower and wash
basin, and an enclosed balcony from where the view is spectacular and
at night the lights are enchanting. The second bedroom has 2 single
beds, and the 3rd bedroom a single bed with a built in desk/ dressing
table. All bedrooms have full built-in cupboards.
Downstairs the living area is open plan with a large very well -
equipped kitchen. There is a multifunction microwave oven, convection
oven and hob, a new fridge / freezer, large grocery cupboard and
washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a yard with a wash-line. The
lounge / dining area opens up through patio doors onto a deck which has
table and chairs for alfresco dining and braaing. There is a small
enclosed garden. A limited DSTV bouquet, video machine, DVD player and
radio are available.
There is a secure single garage, with an automated door, and a workshop
area suitable for the storage of luggage trailers. Guest parking is
available within the complex.
The area is renowned for its sailing, hiking, cycling, diving, swimming
and kayaking. The beaches are very safe for children and because of the
rocks safe from sharks too, Seaforth, Boulders, Windmill and
Fisherman's beaches are popular.
