This apartment is located in the heart of Observatory in a secured complex - Waverley West Complex. Observatory is one of the cultural & trendy hubs located in Cape Town, central and close to all amenities such as UCT, V&A Waterfront, Rondebosch, Table Mountain makes it convenient with ease.

The apartment is a fully furnished 1 bedroom self catering apartment making it suitable for a couple or a family of 4 as there is a sleeper couch available. The apartment is neat and well kept with a television set, microwave, oven and fridge. Cooking and eating utensils are provided. You will have your own undercover parking bay and major highways, M5 and N2, are very close.

Located in a secure complex known as Waverley West which is located in the trendy suburb of Observatory - Always known for its variety of cultural people and the active part of Cape Town

Observatory known as 'Obz' is a trendy, artistic yet sophisticated with the theme of Victorian. Obz is easy accessible to the city centre. Cape Town Airport is easily accessible, so is the N2 & M3 with easy access to UCT, Table Mountain and many more. The night life is alive on weekends with local pubs and restaurants offering live music and good food.

Well known amongst students and lecturers because of the UCT location, also home to some trendy restaurants such as Obz Cafe and Diva which have been there for some time.

A popular spot is the 'Sushi Zone', a Korean restaurant offering a buffet on Saturday nights. Opposite this, a new Thai restaurant is setting up. In Observatory itself, there are a number of bars. Cool Runnings, with a rastafarian theme, caters for younger people. Off Pepper Tree Square, a more middle aged haunt, A Touch of Madness, is to be found.

Also of interest is the South African Astronomical Observatory which is based in Observatory. It is the national centre for optical and infrared astronomy in South Africa.

One of the largest street festivals in Southern Africa is the annual OBZ Festival which takes place on the first weekend of December. Festival goers is always entertained with great musicians, OBZ film, craft markets as well as the Lazy Sunday concert which is targeted to all Jazz lovers.
