Moya is a private lodge situated within Kuleni Game Reserve, a securely fenced park 17 kilometres from Hluhluwe. It stands in 150 hectares of pristine, indigenous sand forest in the heart of the elephant coast, a conservancy area of unparalleled diversity.
Kuleni Game park has its own game, but no predators, thus allowing quests to walk freely throughout the park . It is also home to amazing birdlife. Relax on the verandah and watch the game drinking at the watering hole.
Moya is a private and secluded lodge where one can be alone or with family or friends. It is a wonderful place for a retreat because there are many spots that invite self-exploration and its perfect for couples in need of uninterrupted time together.
The 296 square metre lodge consists of 2 Main Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms of very generous proportions with outdoor showers, an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, Scullery, a loft room for the kids and a 100 square metre covered veranda deck overlooking the watering hole. A braai area completes the outdoor area. There are no TV's in the lodge. The lodge is self catering, fully equipped and comfortably appointed.
Moya is only 20 minutes away from the Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve and within easy reach of Sodwana Bay, Cape Vidal and False Bay, within the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, a World Heritage Site., the private Phinda Game Reserve both of which offer Big Five viewing and pristine beaches along the Indian Ocean which offer amongst the world's finest opportunities to snorkel and scuba dive, turtle tours and whale watching.
