Come and enjoy our timeless Victorian style Guest House, which is situated in
the Southern district of Northwest in the lovely town Klerksdorp, which is big
enough to have all your exciting entertainment without the city traffic.
Klerksdorp is about 160km west of Johannesburg on route to Cape Town via the
N12. Klerksdorp has a well established airport where every year, one of the
biggest national air shows is held; for the guest with wings, we can arrange to
pick you up from the airport.
Mon-Ae Guesthouse: Accommodation
Our Mon-Ae Guest House is full of character, has pine floors, wooden window
frames, wooden doors and also antique bathes in some of our rooms. The facility
currently consists of ten deluxe and standard en-suite bedrooms. Our spacious
rooms are equipped with comfortable queen size beds just for you and one of the
rooms is wheelchair friendly. Four of the rooms have baths and showers in the
room, while the rest have showers. Mon-Ae Guest House is designed for comfort
and a relaxing atmosphere. One of the rooms includes a peaceful private garden,
where you can re-charge with a book under a lovely Lemon tree. The cosy honey
moon suite is equipped with a romantic canopy bed especially for you and your
loved one, and we have included a Jacuzzi bath just for fun!
All the rooms are equipped with remote televisions and the Guest House bouquet
of DSTV channels including M-Net and all SABC TV channels. All the deluxe rooms
are equipped with modern remote controlled air conditions. It also includes the
necessary conveniences such as ceiling fans, coffee & tea facilities, secured
parking and an outside door to the room, which will take you to a relaxing
environment in and around the garden and swimming pool. Internet facilities are
available on request in the lounge area. The Mon-Ae Guest House is a smoke free
zone, in line with the legal requirement with dedicated smoke area.

to Cape Town. The Guest house is centrally located, in an up market area with
Pick 'n Pay and various restaurants, like The Ocean Basket, Spur, Pierre's Place
(private restaurant), John Dorys, Dros, Coobah and McDonald's in close vicinity.
Klerksdorp also has a big city mall with all the leading retailers and cinemas.
The town has a barnyard, casino and some night clubs for the young at heart. We
are in close proximity of two private hospitals with leading specialists. And of
course we have a few lion farms and horseback riding, which you as a visitor can
enjoy.
