Terms Of Payment

Bookings will not be honored without a deposit!!!
The outstanding balance is to be paid upon arrival, when checking-in and can be paid by credit card or in cash.

Cancellation Policy

Only written cancellations will be accepted. In the event of NO show the total cost of the reservation will be charged for. Mogodi Lodge cannot refund guests when checking out early due to unfavorable weather or any other reason. Special circumstances can be addressed with the Manager.
1. If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – 50% of deposit will be retained.
2. If cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival – 75% of deposit be retained.
3. If cancelled 15 days or less prior to arrival – the deposit will not be refunded.
4. All deposits made for High Season are NON REFUNDABLE.
