A beautiful Beach-House with
Private Jetty and Mooring

The property was newly built by its owners as a beach house in February 2008. Marina village is a fully walled complex on the edge of the canals in St. Francis Bay. It has the pleasure of 24 hour security which makes it a dream destination for families with small children. The Children play together on the safety of the complex on their bicycles and fish along the edges of the canals. Marina village also benefits from having its own slipway for the exclusive use of its residents and our house has its own private mooring on the Jetty.

The property itself is set back from the canal in Liesel lane just a 2 minute walk from the launching facilities. This gives privacy which canal homes lack while benefiting from the same ease of access to the canals. It is situated a short walk from several beautiful beaches, the main shopping centre is a 5 minutes drive and the Kromme river just around the corner.

The property comprises no expense spared luxury accommodation and has been decorated on the blue and whitewashed hues of a beach house. It can accommodate 10 people with a further 2 on sleeper couches. It has a state of the art kitchen with freestanding gas-electric oven. There is a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and side by side fridge and freezer. The property has three double bedrooms, two are ensuite while the third backs onto a full guest bathroom with freestanding bath. Upstairs are two lofts, the first has 4 single beds for children and the second is a den with TV and DVD. This room has 2 convertible futons for extra sleeping space.

There is an under cover braai and swimming pool in the fully enclosed garden at the rear of the house and a gas fireplace for the colder evenings. The house has DStv facilities ad a double garage.

Linen is provided but guests must supply their own towels, beach towels and DStv card.

No pets allowed.

On request we can also provide the use of a rubber-duck boat, jetski and car or people carrier at very competitive rates.
