Marepe Country Lodge is located 20 km out of Hoedspruit on the Orpen road (R532) and 50 km from the Kruger National Park. Guests are sure to enjoy their stay in our chalets situated in peaceful and beautiful gardens and with the Drakensberg Mountain Range as a back drop to the chalets.

Whether it is through our good service, friendly and helpful staff or our excellent food - we strive to make Marepe Country Lodge feel like your home away from home.

Each chalet has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds; a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. Each chalet is equipped with a fridge & kettle, air-conditioning and satellite TV as well as a private patio.

Our tariffs include a full English breakfast. We also have an Ala Carte restaurant on the premises. Our cuisine is not only affordable but so delectably good you won't want to use the braai facilities outside your chalet.

There is a children's play park on the premises as well as a small 'catch and release' dam. Marepe offers fantastic bird life which can be enjoyed while walking through our large and tranquil garden.

Marepe Country Lodge is situated in an ideal area with the Blyde Canyon and nature reserve just 9km away. Day excursions to Blyde offer activities such as the Blyde Dam boat trip, quad bikes, hiking, abseiling, white water rafting and so much more. The area also boasts 2 animal rehabilitation centers just a few kilometers from the lodge. Hot air balloon rides and game drives can also be arranged. The Echo caves, 3 Rondavels, God's window and Pilgrims Rest are also close enough for day trips.
