Marche' Private Hotel is tucked away in the heart of a little town north of
Kwambonambi and is set in a beautiful tropical garden rich
in trees, cycads and jade vines. There is an abundance of bird life.
The hotel has 30 comfortable air-conditioned en-suite rooms with TV. It is the
ideal base from which to explore the beauty Zululand has to offer being 45 kms
from Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Reserve and Mapelane. We are 1 km off the
N2, and a mere two hour drive from Durban, thus a half-way stop over en-route to
Mozambique or Swaziland.
The Dungeon is our underground medieval dining house, rich in character. The
decor boasts high stone walls, long passages, rustic wooden furnishings and
traditional entrance doors that add to the excitement of a medieval world. A
visit is necessary to experience the pleasure...
Our multi purpose Dungeon has an area of 620m2 and is very user friendly for any
function such as birthdays and company. It is a unique one-stop venue for
weddings having a church across the street, a lovely garden for photos, The
Dungeon for the reception, accommodation followed by an outdoor breakfast.
We serve excellent meals which can be ordered from a variety of choices on the A
la Carte menu. Meals are served in the dining room and in The Dungeon.
