This newly renovated, four-bedroom, penthouse apartment is situated only 20
meters to the lovely swimming pool and another 20 meters to the beach. It is one
of the most popular complexes in Ballito and is situated next to the main
swimming beach in Ballito.
The apartment caters for 8 people with double beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 single
beds in the 4th bedroom. The main bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and one
and a half bathrooms service the other three bedrooms. All the bedrooms have
ceiling fans. Linen and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own
swimming towels.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, tumble dryer, espresso/cappuccino machine, ice maker, toaster,
kettle, crockery and cutlery to serve 8 people.
The well-furnished lounge area includes a flat screen TV, DVD/Hi-Fi, full DSTV bouquet with comfortable leather couches and chairs. A separate dining area with 8-seater table is also available.
The spacious lounge area leads through sliding doors to the huge, furnished and
covered patio with year round sunshine, comfortable couches and the use of a
Weber gas braai from where you have magnificent beach and sea views that offer
the perfect tranquil setting to laze of in style and comfort.
There is under cover parking for one vehicle, an additional open parking for
guests and also a servant's room available. A communal swimming pool with
additional braai facilities is set in the well-maintained and sizeable garden.
Use of all above mentioned services as well as a daily floor service is included
in the daily tariff.
