No. 3 Les Dauphine - is an up market Penthouse apartment offering some of the most modern accommodation available on the North Coast of Kwazulu Natal and has a substantial list of regular happy guests, just 20 minutes from Durban Central and 7 minutes away from the new airport.

Situated approximately 200 meters from the extremely popular Thompson’s Bay swimming beach, the Les Dauphine Penthouse is spacious with a large patio including gas braai (barbeque) and fantastic 180 degree sea views.

This well equipped unit has four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room and offers guests a relaxing carefree holiday with wonderful views of the warm Indian Ocean.

No. 3 Les Dauphine includes:

• An open plan kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove
• microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer
• The lounge area is equipped with TV and DSTV (please bring your own smart card)
• Dining room with dining table with seating for eight guests
• A lovely pub area
• The main bedroom opens out onto a large patio with fantastic sea views and includes a king size bed with en-suite consisting of a spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet
• The second bedroom includes a double bed, third bedroom has two single beds and share a bathroom which consists of a bath, shower and toilet.
• The forth bedroom consists of a queen bed with en-suite including shower, vanity and toilet
• Large patio area can accommodate up to 30 people, seating patio furniture is for 8 people.
• A gas braai (barbecue) is included
• Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms including the lounge area
• The unit includes a double lock up garage with extra parking available
• There is a swimming pool in the complex

Note: A DSTV card is needed in order to watch television.
Unfortunately you will not be able to get even SABC channels without one.
